Braai pap!

 Ever wondered what you can serve roasted chicken or braai vleis with? I got the answer and believe me when I say you'll go back for seconds and lick you fingers๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜‹


It's quiet a easy recipe, just cook your pap as you would normally and make a filling of your choice can be relish, wors or mince. Fill your pap and roll it onto balls place it into a tray and sprinkle with case and oven bake until cheese is melted.

Everywhere we go we hear and see the benefits of consistent exercise and the results are beneficial. Below are benefits from a particular exercise called squats done by both men and women in the gym of during home workouts.
