Braai pap!

 Ever wondered what you can serve roasted chicken or braai vleis with? I got the answer and believe me when I say you'll go back for seconds and lick you fingers😃😋


It's quiet a easy recipe, just cook your pap as you would normally and make a filling of your choice can be relish, wors or mince. Fill your pap and roll it onto balls place it into a tray and sprinkle with case and oven bake until cheese is melted. 

It's delicious, please do try it out en enjoy😋❤

Everywhere we go we hear and see the benefits of consistent exercise and the results are beneficial. Below are benefits from a particular exercise called squats done by both men and women in the gym of during home workouts. 

Lets try atleast five per day and see how far can we go:😜

Sticky Rib

Just passing by to share secret to a good juicy sticky rib😜

« A good rib requires you to marinade it the day before with all good sauces you have in your pantry.

«Add some good spices too. 

«To make it sticky add Coca cola to the Marinating process

«Pop it into the oven the next day and braai it on low heat.

Let it cool off en enjoy, such a meal is fit when having family over or on a Saturday🙈😋
 

Creamy Pasta

 

Ingredients you will need:

500g pasta

2 cups of chesse

2 big spoons of flour

Cream/milk

3 table spoons of butter

Mince of Boerewors which ever you prefer

1 onion and gloves of garlic

1 Tomato

A little oil and parsley for garnishing

Method:

Cook your pasta as usual soft and drain the water

Saute your onions, garlic and tomatoes in a pan in a little oil

Add your wors or mince in veggies and fry until brown

After your pasta cooled down and your wors/ mince.

Now you need to make your sauce in a sauce pan, melt your butter and add the flour and brown it a little then add your milk or cream. Let it simmer for a little and add your cheese then your sauce is good to go👍

Add your sauce to the pasta mixed with wors/mince.

Now serve and garnish with parsley.

Be assured you'll go back for seconds, yes it's that's much delicious😋

Steamed bread


 How to bake steamed bread

Ingredients

3 cups of flour

1 packet of yeast

Pinch of salt and two table spoons of sugar

Three table spoons of oil

METHOD

Add all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and knee your dough thorough until it less sticky and nicely kneed.

Let it rest for atleast 15 minutes

Boil water in a pot, butter your cups or little bowls whatever you prefer and put in a good amount of dough but not much so it cannot overflow and let it steam for 30 minutes until they well done.

It's good comfort food, best served with stew please do enjoy😄

Three Ingredient cookie recipe

Ingredients:
1. 2 cups of cake flour
2. I cup of butter
3. 1/2 cup of icing sugar
Method:
~Preheat the oven to 180° and grease your baking tray
~In a large bowl cream together the soft butter together and sugar with an electric mixer/hand until fluffy.
~Add in flour and mix until dough just come together.
~Dust a little flour onto counter, roll out dough and cut out cookies and place onto greased tray.
~Bake for 12-16 minutes until just golden brown.
~Remove from oven allow to cool and decorate preferably with melted chocolate it's optional but delicious regardless.
