Everywhere we go we hear and see the benefits of consistent exercise and the results are beneficial. Below are benefits from a particular exercise called squats done by both men and women in the gym of during home workouts. 

Lets try atleast five per day and see how far can we go:😜

:Improves flexibility.

: Build all over body muscles

:Strengthen core muscles

:Loose flab

:Better posture

Let's exercise more and stay fit and healthy!🙈
