Steamed bread


 How to bake steamed bread

Ingredients

3 cups of flour

1 packet of yeast

Pinch of salt and two table spoons of sugar

Three table spoons of oil

METHOD

Add all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and knee your dough thorough until it less sticky and nicely kneed.

Let it rest for atleast 15 minutes

Boil water in a pot, butter your cups or little bowls whatever you prefer and put in a good amount of dough but not much so it cannot overflow and let it steam for 30 minutes until they well done.

It's good comfort food, best served with stew please do enjoy😄
